At JMK Tours & Travels, we are committed to providing a safe, reliable, and professional travel experience. Our Terms of Service and Passenger Conduct Policies are designed to ensure that our Detroit-Chicago shuttle service meets the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction for all our passengers.
1. Booking & Payment
All reservations are subject to our online booking system. Payment is processed securely through Authorize.net. Once a booking is confirmed, a non-refundable deposit is required. Refunds are only available if the passenger cancels at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
2. Passenger Conduct
We expect all passengers to maintain a respectful and safe environment. This includes refraining from disruptive behavior, smoking, or bringing hazardous materials. Any passenger found violating these conduct policies may be asked to leave the vehicle at any time.
3. Safety & Liability
JMK Tours & Travels provides a safe transportation service. While we take all necessary precautions, we are not liable for any personal injury or property damage that occurs during the course of a scheduled shuttle trip. Passengers are advised to travel with their own travel insurance.
